The face masks manufacturing facility is a Class 10,000 cleanroom fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art high speed mask body/ribbon composition machines. The masks products will then be placed in UV room for bacteria and smell killing.
We also offer a special cleaning and processing service in Class 100 cleanroom. The masks pass through an air shower pass box for micro-contamination removal and then packaged under a Class 100 vertical laminar flow clean hood.
